Gallant and Swanky Musings: Behind the scenes of Celeste's 2012 calendar

All benefits will go to the Thai Red Cross and flood animal rescue center. Preparation from 3am and shot till 6.30pm. Had so much fun with these amazing & creative people, I just love working with these sort of fun and crazy people!

This was at the last scene of our shoot, at the amazing Samsai villa in Chiang Mai which costs ฿4500 (SGD$ 184.32) per night. Kung managed to get it at a special shooting rate,so they paid ฿1500 (SGD$61.44) instead.

All in all,I took 936 pictures that day. Sounds like a lot but actually it's because I used continuous shots for 2 of the looks. This is really the most fulfilling and meaningful shoot I've done so far, it's for a good cause!

Something horrible happend to my Canon battery though, I over charged it and it became FAT!! My expensive,original canon battery T__T Luckily I bought a spare one few days before the shoot. However,all the power got drained after I used flash 3 times. It was so scary!! We just finished our 3rd look and I have no battery, what a horror. Luckily pi kung has a friend to lend a fully charged battery and charger, we went to his studio to prepare for the next look while waiting for the battery. He has 2 dogs and they're so cute! A golden retriever and a small fluffy dog hehheh~

Then, for the bathtub scene we initially drove to some kind of love hotel celeste's friend said it was cheap and nice. The exterior at the "Love Boat" was nice haha but the inside was not so nice. Carlos said "Your friend must be drunk when he came here!". So funny! xD Then everyone started googling on their blackberry and ipads for another suitable location. They finally choosed Samsai villa where Kung just did a shoot there not long ago. That location is popular for bridal shoots as well.

We wrapped up at 6.30pm , my mum and I went to the night bazaar after that but I didn't buy anything as it was so expensive. Went home after that feeling soo tired!
